class descriptions
LITTLES (30 mins): Dancers between the ages of 3-5 years old. Introduction to Irish dance fundamentals, jig and circle dance.
LEVEL 1 (45 mins): New Beginners 5 and up who have been taking less than 1 year. Introduction to Irish dance fundamentals, jig and 2-hand reel and 2-hand jig.
LEVEL 2 (75 mins): Continuing and Advanced Beginners who are working on mastering Irish dance fundamentals and passing their jig, reel, slip jig, treble jig and hornpipe dances in the traditional speeds.
LEVEL 3 (90 mins): Novice and Prizewinner (or equivalent) dancers who have passed their beginner and intermediate core dances and are working on advanced material, team dances, and show choreographies.

LEVEL 4 (90-120 mins): Prizewinner and Preliminary Championship (or equivalent) dancers who are refining core dances, learning championship speed dances in heavy shoe, competing in solo and team dances, and performing show choreographies.
​
LEVEL 5 (90-120 mins): Preliminary Championship and Open Championship dancers who are qualified for solos and teams at major competitions and performing show choreographies.
